Our Staff
The Charleville Neighbourhood Centre is a vital community hub, providing a wide range of services and support to the local community through a team of 14 dedicated staff working across various functions.
Staff play a key role in connecting people with local resources, reducing social isolation, and facilitating access to essential services through information, advice, and referrals.
They organise events and activities that reflect the unique needs of the community, support local initiatives, and empower residents to engage and participate. Staff are also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre, developing and delivering new programs, promoting services, and maintaining accurate records.
In addition to supporting individuals and families, the Centre actively collaborates with and supports other community groups and organisations to enhance local services and build a stronger, more connected community. Through their dedication and expertise, staff ensure the centre remains a trusted source of support and connection for all residents.
